Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate matters where additional support or decisions are required.
Provide clear and regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management, including progress against milestones, risks, costs and next steps.
Coordinate the sourcing, development and introduction of new medical devices and healthcare products into the Helapet portfolio.
Support concept generation, product evaluation and user testing, ensuring feedback is documented and incorporated into project decisions where appropriate.
Source products, raw materials, packaging, samples and prototypes for technical and market evaluation.
Coordinate the preparation, review and approval of product, raw material and finished product specifications.
Support product design and development activities, including the definition of design requirements and consideration of cost-effective manufacture.
Coordinate product validation and supporting documentation in collaboration with Quality and other relevant functions.
Liaise with suppliers on technical, quality, commercial and project-related matters, ensuring agreed actions and information are progressed.
Provide Marketing with accurate technical product information and coordinate the handover of approved products for launch.
Ensure projects are completed in accordance with the company Quality System, health and safety requirements, applicable policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate, controlled and accessible project records and ensure project documentation is completed at each appropriate stage.
